This chart is a snapshot view of the closed transactions by "Price Point." As you can see 63% of all the sales in Tellico Village for 2009 fell between the $200,000 to $400,000 range. Due to unfavorable JUMBO rates as well as other economic factors in 2009, there were fewer sales an the higher price point range. This chart highlights the amount of competition for Sellers by the age of the property as well as the amount to choose from the Buyers perspective. One thing that cannot be surmised from this graph is that the "New Const" currently at 4% now was as high as 28% in mid 2008.
