WE'VE MADE IT FOLKS! SPRING IS HERE!

The long awaited season is finally here. So... it's going to be easy for the next three months, right? Wrong! It's still a challenging market but for RE/MAX Prestige agent, we are armed and ready to conquer the world. In fact, in January and February our agents closed more then 140 transactions. WOW! In our 8 towns we are within $1 million of being tied with Coldwell Banker. Shall we compare the number of agents within these two firms? They are more then 4x our size!
I'm not sure exactly what it is that makes our agents so great but I think a lot of it has to do with their participation in our training programs and coaching. We have more then 30 agents in regular coaching with Tom Courtney. Many are agents who have already beat their last years sales numbers. We are so impressed with what we've seen our agents turning over for production these first three months.
You will succeed in real estate if you have three things... (1) a business plan, (2) a database, (3) consistency to work both. No Lack of Leadership Here! |
I just wanted to take a minute to say THANK YOU to our RE/MAX Prestige Leadership Task Force. Our task force consists of one real estate agent from each of our 8 offices, 1 Creator of First Impressions, 1 Loan Originator from UMC, our attorney from All American, and the Management Teams from UMC and RE/MAX. We meet once a month for three hours on a Thursday night. Every member is required to attend each meeting and read a business book for that meeting. It's no easy task... but this task force has made significant change for the first quarter of 2008. Thank them for MA Pass, the NEW Creators of First Impressions, the new coffee service, and more.

As we enter into the spring market I also wanted to recognize the great job that our team at Unlimited Mortgage and All American Title has done. Our originators and our attorney at All American are second to none. Off the top of my head I can think of at least 5 rescue missions our loan originators undertook to save loans declined by other companies. As well, Ellie Vining at All American has been nothing but fast, friendly, and extremely accomodating in getting each and every closing done. Thank you as well to all of our RE/MAX Prestige agents who have embraced the full team concept by using our other family of services. We appreciate your support. Happy Spring! |
